Description

Miryco Consultants are working with a leading pension specialist/investment management firm to find a Deal Review Operations specialist to join their team. This role is perfect for a candidate with Investment Banking experience looking to join a high calibre firm.

Responsibilities:

Review new transactions from an operational readiness, execution, and control perspective
Assess operational risks, handoffs, dependencies, and post-deal implementation requirements
Ensure transactions comply with internal policies, approval frameworks, and regulatory standards
Coordinate across Investment, Legal, Risk, Actuarial, Finance, and Operations teams on live deals
Support deal governance and approval forums with clear, structured documentation
Track approvals, conditions precedent, and operational actions through to completion
Maintain oversight of post-deal onboarding, data flows, and control ownership
Contribute to the development and improvement of deal review processes and operating procedures

Experience:

4+ years’ experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or a deal-driven operations role

Strong academic background from a leading university (e.g. finance, economics, engineering, or similar)

Solid understanding of transaction lifecycles, operational controls, and execution risk

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

Clear communicator, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and challenge where appropriate

Location: London
