We have an opportunity for a Dealer Systems, Process and Programmes Specialist waiting just for you. Reporting into the Head of Customer Service Delivery, you will define, develop and implement best practice processes, systems and programmes within the Truck Service and Parts Network in the UK.

About you
This role requires expert knowledge of the HGV aftersales industry, including retailer operations and systems, along with a strong understanding of the wider commercial landscape. Candidates should ideally have experience with IT development processes and demonstrate strong project management capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and sound decision‑making abilities.
The position is for someone who can influence effectively, prioritise a varied workload, take ownership of responsibilities, and adapt to a changing environment. Exceptional presentation skills are essential, as is a full, clean driving licence with the ability to travel frequently within the UK (over 50%).
