Role: We need an experienced debt caseworker to deliver debt advice to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.
Specific Requirements
- Experience delivering debt advice with a particular focus on debt relief orders and breathing space
- Managing workloads and prioritising tasks
- What you can bring to our organisation
You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.
Trainees will be considered but trainee caseworkers must already have current experience delivering advice with minimum supervision and knowledge of the current debt and benefits areas
