Manager, Brand Marketing, HOKA - 12 Month FTC

The Role

As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will lead how our brand comes to life across one of our most diverse and culturally rich regions. You’ll own brand expression, storytelling, and creative execution across EMEA-ensuring global brand strategy lands with local relevance, consistency, and impact. You’ll be at the centre of brand alignment, owning organic social, creative production, and pan-region activations, while collaborating across markets, channels, and disciplines to ensure consistent brand expression. This role is focused on marketing communications, strategy, premium content creation, project planning, high-level reporting, and team development.

Your Impact

  • Define and lead the regional brand vision, ensuring clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance across markets and channels
  • Set creative and strategic direction, translating global brand ambition into powerful storytelling, content, and experiences
  • Lead EMEA brand expression and feed into the HOKA North Star marketing strategy from a brand marketing perspective
  • Own seasonal, cross-channel brand storytelling and content strategies
  • Set creative direction across content, campaigns, organic social, events, OOH, and experiential activations
  • Elevate organic social as a core brand-building channel, overseeing content creation and community management
  • Collaborate with Heads of Market to deliver locally relevant content for key moments
  • Lead and manage agencies and partners to support strategy development and execution
  • Oversee content production, ensuring high creative standards and consistent brand expression
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Events, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, Media, CRM, retail, and trade marketing teams
  • Lead regional content planning and governance, maintaining an aligned, year-round creative calendar
  • Analyse performance and optimise brand impact using analytics tools and reporting
  • Shape retail, VM, and physical brand touchpoints in partnership with Heads of Market and Retail teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, supporting their growth and building strong brand capability
  • Track cultural, creative, and platform trends to identify innovations that strengthen brand strategy
