What you'll do:
- Supporting Planning team with developing, maintaining and delivery of robust detailed project plans for the Delivery Team (across multiple project sites)
- Work alongside experienced engineers and construction professionals. Together, you will be solving engineering challenges that arise during the construction of buildings.
- Learn to put together programme plans ensuring they capture the full project scope and that resources are considered and loaded as required
- Work as part of the project team, utilising your problem-solving skills to overcome logistical issues
- Learn how to develop 4D animations of the project plan to aid digital rehearsal of the project construction
- Build skills in using cutting-edge tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 to streamline project planning and enhance reporting processes.
- Appreciate and upload the Health & Safety standards in all planning processes
- Undertake a series of rotations and training workshops with our Preconstruction, Health & Safety, Procurement and Environment teams.
- Overall, you will be assisting with coordination of all Building Services activities, Site based planning and performance monitoring
What you'll bring to the role:
You will be studying a Level 3 Building services engineering technician qualification initially; however, we would expect and encourage you to progress on to Level 4 or Level 6 after you have completed Level 3.

What we offer:
- 5 GCSEs at Grades 4-9 including Maths (Grade 6-9), English and Science or their equivalent.
- You will need to be comfortable with Maths and Physics as engineering is built on these fundamental skills
- Interest in Project Management and ability to multitask
- Dependable team player who actively supports and promotes collective success
- Inquisitive and driven by a passion to grow and innovate
- You must have lived in the UK in the last 3 years and have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for an apprenticeship. We are not able to proceed with applications that require visa sponsorship.
- We are not able to proceed with applications from candidates that have already achieved a degree in a similar discipline.
