The Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director to lead a major strategic programme for one of our key UK clients within the Gas sector. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation initiative involving multiple delivery teams, complex stakeholders, and significant organisational impact.
You will be accountable for ensuring delivery excellence, maintaining strong client relationships at executive level, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
This role combines programme leadership, commercial accountability, client engagement, and team leadership. Gas experience is essential for this role.
What We’re Looking For
Experience - ESSENTIAL
• Significant experience leading transformation programmes.
• Experience operating at Head of Delivery or Delivery Director level within consulting, delivery, o Utilities services organisations.
• Experience delivering high volume programmes (£500mil programmes)
• Proven track record managing complex stakeholder environments and executive relationships.
• Experience overseeing multi-team, multi-workstream delivery environments.
• Experience within the Gas industry
Skills
• Exceptional programme leadership and delivery management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials.
• Ability to lead teams through complex transformation and organisational change.
