Role Summary
We are seeking a Retail Banking Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex banking transformation programmes across retail, SME and core banking domains. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery outcomes across multi‑location delivery teams, working seamlessly across the UK and nearshore units including Poland, Spain, Brazil and others. Acting as a hands‑on delivery leader, the role ensures programmes are aligned to GFT’s delivery standards while meeting client‑specific expectations and outcomes.
