A key aspect of your role will involve managing the jeopardy process for non‑connected supplier work, ensuring tasks are monitored, chased, and resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain service excellence for our customers. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the confidence to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across a matrix management environment.
