• London | Hybrid (Mon, Tues, Thurs in office)

Our client is an established international recruitment business with a strong reputation across technical markets. With long-standing leadership, major account relationships and consistent inbound role flow, they offer a stable yet ambitious environment where delivery excellence is genuinely valued. Following an internal leadership change, they are now seeking a Delivery Team Lead to take ownership of the London delivery function and help shape its next phase of growth.

The Delivery Team Lead will combine hands-on technical recruitment with structured team leadership, driving performance, accountability and quality across a four-person London delivery team.

Role Highlights

The Delivery Team Lead will:

– Lead, structure and motivate a team of three consultants through daily planning and end-of-day reviews

– Manage 5–7 live technical roles using a clear A/B/C prioritisation model

– Personally deliver on permanent roles (£60k–£110k, occasionally up to £150k)

– Take ownership of two key accounts and support tenders and client meetings

– Drive CRM best practice across Bullhorn and champion a shared “hot list” culture

You Will Need

The Delivery Team Lead will need:

– Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally permanent markets

– Previous team lead or management exposure with measurable results

– A structured, end-to-end recruitment methodology from intake to shortlist

– Energy, pace and the confidence to hold others accountable

– Commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships

Experience recruiting within Cyber Security, Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, M365), Software Engineering, Data or Critical Environments is highly advantageous.

– Strong inbound flow from Business Development and Consulting teams

– Hybrid working model with collaborative London office culture

– International exposure across UK, Benelux and growing US markets

You’ll also benefit from structured support when stepping into client-facing responsibilities and running monthly business reviews, with senior leadership invested in your development.
