Dental Technician - CAD/CAM
Consult are currently partnering with a well-established, highly digital dental laboratory in Berkshire as they continue to invest in their CAD/CAM function.
This is not a “sit in the corner and design all day” role. They’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys digital dentistry, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to be part of a modern lab that is pushing workflows forward.
You’ll be joining an innovative digital team working with advanced CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing technology to deliver high-quality restorations to a loyal and growing client base.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong experience with 3Shape and/or EXOCAD
- Confident with 3D printing workflows (essential)
- Background in a highly digital lab environment preferred
- A genuine interest in design, technology and digital progression
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support colleagues across varied CAD experience levels
- Pride in quality, detail and customer service
Dental knowledge is beneficial, but attitude, technical capability and willingness to develop are equally important. Full training is provided where needed.
