About the role
The Deputy Head of Lighting is responsible for facilitating and ensuring the smooth-running of ENB’s productions to a high standard, in line with technical requirements across lighting, video and sound. You will work to support the Head of Lighting and the Technical Director in the effective management of the department, whilst also supervising and coaching new and casual staff in lighting.
You will be responsible for electrics and lighting at both ENB sites, the Mulryan Centre for Dance and Marden, and work on-site at national and international performance venues, as required. By keeping up to date with safety procedures and statutory regulations, you will ensure compliance personally and departmentally, whilst endeavouring to develop technical expertise and specialised knowledge where necessary.
