We are looking for a dynamic, people‑focused Deputy Manager for our STARS and Front of House Services — a role designed for someone who thrives on developing teams, delivering excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
You will support the national delivery of our STARS programme, ensuring our teams are consistently motivated, well‑trained, and equipped to provide outstanding customer experiences. If you're passionate about leadership, operational excellence, attention to detail and making a measurable difference, this is could be the opportunity for you.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Pay: £32,000 + £5,400 Car Allowance
Plus bonus
Location: Milton Keynes
Learning and Development: Access to the Securitas learning and development courses to further boost your career development goals!
Our STARS deliver a consistently high-end, comprehensive, and discreet security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests, and employees at the designated site(s). STARS ensure the safety and protection of customer’s people, property, and information always, in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. STARS are the recognised central point of contact for all Front of House operations, delivering a smooth and seamless execution throughout the premises.
We combine best in class, impeccable Front of House services with enhanced security awareness training. Vetted to BS7858 our STARS complete bespoke training, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Qualifications
- 5 Year checkable work history
- SIA licensed will be required, we will support you in gaining
- First Aid at Work will be required, we will support in gaining
- Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle
