Acting as a trusted technical resource, the Developer Advocate engages directly with the developer community through conferences, events, webinars, and online channels, while also synthesizing developer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams. This is an individual contributor role with a strong external-facing and cross-functional collaboration focus.

Essential Responsibilities:
Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications
- Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
- Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
- Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
- Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
- Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications
- Serve as an advocate for developers by influencing improvements to APIs, SDKs, documentation, and developer workflows
- 3+ years of experience with web, frontend, or commerce technologies, including APIs and SDKs
- Experience using developer-focused AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Replit)
- Familiarity with open-source frameworks and modern developer ecosystems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and engaging with developer communities
- Creative approach to technical storytelling and education
