As your skills grow, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility—such as reviewing scopes of work, monitoring reinstatement progress, and preparing elements of final reports. You’ll be supported through on‑the‑job learning, mentoring, technical workshops, and clear development pathways.
You may also assist the wider Commercial Surveying & Design team, gaining exposure to traditional surveying tasks like preparing repair scopes, supporting contract administration, and helping manage tendering processes. This provides excellent breadth as part of your structured training and long‑term progression.
