ITG is looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to take on the responsibility of managing enterprise‑level projects for a large automotive brand.
The RoleAccount Managers provide liaison between ITG and the client, capturing requirements, managing budgets and facilitating delivery of enterprise‑level projects. It is the role of the Digital Account Manager to understand the client's business and the challenges they face in order to represent them within the agency.
They are accountable for the management and technical delivery of multiple cross‑channel strategic projects. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders on accounts, and ensuring the requirements, objectives and expectations of clients are met at all times.
Reporting to an Account Director, this is a key role in our digital account handling team.
As an experienced Digital Account Manager, you will be comfortable handling responsibility and pressure, delivering digital insight, ideas and innovative solutions that positively transform client businesses. A strong interest in, and understanding of, web and digital technologies is essential.
