Digital Futures is seeking a Digital and AI Transformation Consultant. In their role, they will partner with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver digital and AI transformation programmes that create measurable business value. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, change and technology delivery.

- Work with executives and business leaders to identify high‑impact digital and AI opportunities aligned to strategic objectives.
- Lead the definition of AI-enabled products, services and operating models, including value cases, roadmaps and success measures.
- Shape and oversee multi‑disciplinary delivery across product, engineering, data and change teams to realise agreed outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery activities to frame problems, explore solutions and build stakeholder alignment.
- Support clients with change management, workforce enablement and capability building to embed new ways of working.
- Provide thought leadership on digital and AI trends, risks and opportunities in client industries.
- Significant experience leading digital, data or AI transformation initiatives in a consultancy or large enterprise.
- Acts as a trusted advisor, focused on client value and long‑term partnerships.
- Combines strategic thinking with a bias for delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Confident facilitator and storyteller, able to bring complex concepts to life.
- Collaborative, inclusive and comfortable working in cross‑functional environments.
- Growth mindset, open to feedback and new approaches as AI capabilities evolve.
