About The Team And The Role
The Digital Campaign Executive role will support the campaign management across the digital marketing team to deliver best in class campaigns to achieve the team’s KPI of driving new customers acquisition, working closely with the Digital Campaign Manager as well as channel specialist managers and other executives to achieve this. The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset.
We are looking for someone who is a team player and is able to juggle multiple tasks whilst demonstrating a passion for data, performance excellence, creative best practices and embody cross-team collaboration. You will help to plan and brief creative content for digital marketing channels, interpret data to identify key learnings and common thread across the channels, and ensure alignment in marketing communication whilst also challenging what’s possible.
What You’ll Do
- Project Management – Manage and track campaign timelines, deliverable utilising project management tools such as Monday.com to organise tasks and facilitate team collaboration.
- Creative Management – Support the digital marketing team with creative briefing, best practice, content management and post-campaign analysis. Working closely with both internal and external creative teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Analytics and Reporting – Monitor and analyse data and channel performance using analytics tools, deriving insights to make data-driven decisions. Supporting daily, weekly, monthly and longer term performance insights and reporting.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation– Support the Digital Campaign Manager to identify and implement improvements to increase the conversion rate of digital campaigns content and creative.
- A/B Testing – Support the Digital Campaign Manager with the A/B test design, implementation and analysis to identify actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
- Compliance – Work closely with the Digital Campaign Manager and the internal legal team to ensure campaigns adhere to legal and regulatory standards, including data protection and advertising guidelines.
- Competitor Analysis – Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration – Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., content, sales, design, IT) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Liaise with external agencies and partners as required.
Who You Are
Education & Experience:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with hands-on experience in project/campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) preferable
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Understanding and familiarity with key digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, YouTube and Affiliates.
Other Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
