As Digital Content Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing that magic to life.
Role Purpose:
The Digital Content Manager will manage the workflow into the editorial team, overseeing and tracking all requests, managing the backlog, and coordinating delivery across competing priorities.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience, the Digital Content Manager is a hands-on role responsible for designing, building and managing content across the acquisition website and other relevant guest platforms. They will be a skilled practitioner who personally creates and implements pages, applies SEO improvements, implements new components and keeps content accurate and optimised — while also championing the broader content strategy to drive engagement, conversion and brand development. They will work closely with two Digital Content Executives, offering oversight, thought leadership and subject matter expertise to guide their day-to-day work and help raise the quality and effectiveness of content output.
