Digital Engineer or
Senior Digital Engineer to join our

You'll have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of major project types, including
healthcare, data centres, Ministry of Defence (MoD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ), and power infrastructure and science & research facilities, helping bring clarity to complexity through compelling digital content.
We're looking for someone with a background in
construction, structural MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineering, with strong skills in
visualisation and animation. If you've worked on
digital delivery, 4D simulations, or technical coordination for construction projects, you'll feel right at home in this role.
Please note: Candidates with purely architectural backgrounds may not be the right fit for this position.

- Working closely with Digital Leads and project teams to scope, deliver, and refine visual content
- Telling powerful visual stories using animations, video sequences, and time-based simulations
- Contributing to the development and consistent application of digital standards
- Supporting and mentoring others in 3D, 4D, and visualisation workflows
- Exploring new tools and techniques to keep our work at the cutting edge
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in construction, structural, or MEP disciplines, either through a relevant degree or practical project with at least 5 years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of 3D and 4D visualisation tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Synchro, Blender)
- Solid experience with animation, sequencing, and visual storytelling
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and great communication skills
- Confidence working independently and managing your own deadlines
- Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Blueprints) for automation or tool development
- Exposure to VR/AR platforms and immersive environments (nice to have)
- Familiarity with tools like Solibri, Power BI, Trimble Connect, or Autodesk suite (Revit, Civil 3D)
