We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery and execution of our digital marketing strategy, working closely with our Digital Project Manager to amplify our brand’s online presence, increase audience engagement, and contribute to innovative AI-driven marketing initiatives. You will embody our core behaviours of integrity, curiosity, warmth, and ambition. As a member of the Marketing and Communications team, it is key that you are able to work independently, as well as working efficiently as part of a team.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
- Monitoring digital marketing KPIs and supporting campaign performance tracking using Google Analytics and other tools
- Assisting with the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Creating engaging social media content and scheduling posts across platforms, particularly LinkedIn
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- A Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship (completed) or relevant undergraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar
- A strong understanding of core digital marketing principles
- Experience or familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
