Website Optimisation: Support ongoing improvements to the user experience by checking navigation flow, product categorisation, and internal linking to optimise conversion.
Stock & Listing Accuracy: Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure product availability, correct stock levels, and timely removal or reactivation of products.
Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as conversion rates, click-throughs, and product performance to provide insights for collection or content adjustments.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align site updates with social media campaigns, newsletters, and launch schedules.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on e-commerce, SEO trends, and emerging K-beauty launches to support timely product updates and compelling copywriting ideas.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or copywriting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail and brand tone.
- A creative approach to product presentation and content storytelling.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how it applies to on-site content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new priorities.
