Salary: £53,000 per annum

Location: Homebased

Contract/Hours: Permanent, – Full-time – 35 hours per week

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Product Lead with strong experience within digital product management across both the third sector and commercial environments.

You’ll bring a solid background in content design, user-centred design and large-scale digital product and platform implementation.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of all digital products and managing the organisations full suite of digital platforms.

You’ll oversee and support a team of digital product managers, content designers and platform managers, ensuring our digital solutions are strategic, user focused and have a high impact.

How you’ll create brighter futures

• Leading the delivery and management of digital products, to meet organisational and stakeholder needs
• Designing and delivering strategies for effective digital platform management
• Work with cross-functional teams to align feature development within business needs and drive process efficiency
• Set measurable goals, track performance and drive improvements for all digital products and platforms
• Manage third party agencies to ensure successful delivery of digital products and services
• Take the lead in user experience (UX), user research and testing to ensure high-quality digital products adhered to best practice principles of user centred design

Let’s talk about you

• Experience in digital product management and platform management
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities and comfortable with presenting to senior management
• Proven experience in cost-effective product development and budget management
• Proven ability to apply inclusion and diversity principles
