About CTIJoin 150+ strategists and specialists who refuse to settle, creating bold digital experiences for ambitious brands since 2004.

We're a full-service digital agency delivering strategic consultancy, web development, and digital marketing to drive demand online. Using over two decades of industry experience, we provide next-gen solutions as part of lasting partnerships with hundreds of clients from Chester Zoo and Zip World to Balfour Beatty and Mind.
What makes us differentWe break new ground. You'll work on innovative projects using the latest technologies before they hit mainstream. We celebrate calculated risks and learn fast from every experiment.

We get stuck in together. Genuine collaboration across all departments. Your ideas matter here, regardless of your role or how long you've been with us.

We stay curious. Continuous learning is essential. You'll have dedicated time and budget for development, working alongside industry experts who are genuinely invested in your success.

We own it
. Full accountability and autonomy over your work means you'll build client relationships, see real-world impact, and be recognised when you go the extra mile.

You will be joining our Build Delivery team, the engine room of digital projects at CTI.

We don't just "manage" tasks; we lead the charge. Working alongside technical leads, strategists, QA engineers, and operational heavyweights, this team is responsible for the smooth running of complex, large-scale website builds. We are a group that champions "getting stuck in" together, supporting one another through critical launches and celebrating the wins. If you want to be at the heart of the agency, shaping how we deliver high-value projects while mentoring the next generation of delivery talent, this is your home.

What you’ll be doing

As a Digital Project Manager, you will take the helm on some of our most complex and high-value client engagements. You won't just be ticking boxes; you will be the strategic pivot point between client goals and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage the delivery of large-scale, multi-faceted website projects from strategy and planning right through to execution and launch.
  • Commercial Control: You will "own it" by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope, while maintaining portfolio profitability.
  • Risk & Governance: Proactively monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure every project meets our high quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Mastery: Act as the lead point of contact for stakeholders, leading client meetings, status reports, and navigating complex requirements with transparency and a client-first attitude.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with Resource Managers to align team resourcing and champion a culture of accountability and knowledge sharing across the department.
  • Mentorship: Use your experience to mentor junior members of the Delivery team, helping them navigate risks and escalations while fostering their professional growth.
  • Process Evolution: "Break new ground" by contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery methodologies, helping us refine how we work to stay ahead of the curve.

  • What experience you need to be successful

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring a mix of battle-tested project management skills and a "stay curious" mindset. We are looking for someone who can remain adaptable, organised, and calm under pressure.

    Key qualities include:
    • Agency Veteran: Solid project management experience, specifically within an agency or digital services environment, is essential.
  • Complex Project Experience: Proven familiarity with managing multiple large-scale projects or digital transformation programmes in parallel.
  • Financial Acumen: You are confident handling substantial budgets, timelines, and competing priorities, with a clear understanding of service delivery KPIs.
  • Methodology Master: Deep knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
  • Communication Skills: You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to translate technical concepts for stakeholders and pivot plans when priorities shift.
  • People Person: Experience working with cross-functional teams and resourcing across departments, bringing a positive, team-oriented energy that raises the bar for everyone around you.
  • We're challenging the 'Gender Confidence Gap,' which suggests that individuals will only apply for a job if they meet 100% of the criteria. Some of our best hires didn't check every box in the role description, so if you were about to rule yourself out, we still encourage you to apply!
