Department Overview
The Group AI team owns Sky’s enterprise‑wide AI ambition, strategy and roadmap to deliver meaningful business value. The team works closely with senior stakeholders to embed AI into the fabric of how Sky operates, manages key external AI partnerships and ensures alignment with Comcast/NBCU.

What You’ll Do
AI Portfolio Leadership
- Own the enterprise AI portfolio, ensuring alignment to Sky’s strategic ambition and collaborating with the Transformation team
- Lead portfolio intake, prioritisation and governance, ensuring the right initiatives are accelerated.
- Drive adoption of agentic AI solutions to transform ways of working and unlock commercial advantage
- Act as a strategic AI partner to Corporate Function Leadership Teams
- Shape, challenge and guide AI plans, remove blockers and accelerate delivery and adoption.
- Partner with Sky Data to ensure business and data/AI roadmaps are fully aligned
- Drive value realisation through business case methodology, prioritisation discipline and benefits tracking.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Sky and external partners
- Build and lead high‑performing teams that thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Strategy & Consulting Expertise
- Significant experience solving complex, strategic business problems in a high‑performance environment, such as top‑tier global consulting or equivalent roles.
- Meaningful experience working within a complex corporate environment, navigating matrixed structures and influencing across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Exposure to AI in a strategic or applied context - whether via AI‑focused consulting engagements or driving AI adoption within across an organisation or at enterprise-level.
- Understanding of AI value levers, operating models and organisational enablers.
- Experience leading complex, cross‑business programmes that require coordination across multiple functions, stakeholders and delivery teams
Communication & Stakeholder Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decision‑making and aligning cross‑functional groups
- A collaborative, pragmatic style that builds trust quickly.
- Ability to develop and inspire high‑performing teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment
- Highly accountable with a bias for action and strong commercial judgement.
- Adoption and utilisation of AI across functions
