🚀 The Opportunity
This is more than a sales role. As BD Director, you’ll take full ownership of the UK growth strategy – identifying, closing, and scaling partnerships with banks, fintechs, platforms, and enterprise clients. You’ll lead from the front, navigating complex deals with commercial precision and strategic foresight.
You’ll be the driving force behind building a best-in-class go-to-market motion in one of the world’s most competitive fintech markets. This role offers the opportunity to achieve double OTE commission for high performers who consistently close and scale strategic deals.
🤝 Who You’ll Work With
Reporting to the Business Development Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with Compliance, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and impactful partner journey. You’ll also work with colleagues across the US, EU, and Asia-Pacific regions, bridging local market insights with global strategy.
