Based full-time in our Leicester city centre office, you’ll be a key member of our executive team, partnering directly with the CEO to build a human-first, high-performance culture. What you’ll do:
- People Strategy & Leadership
- Act as the voice of People on the executive team - shaping and delivering a global People strategy that aligns with our mission and growth
- Lead all core HR functions, including operations, compliance, performance, and employee relations
- Partner with leaders across the business the business to strengthen culture, boosts engagement, and drives real results
- Build a high-performing People function that balances smart scalability with a human approach
- Talent and Growth
- Lead global hiring strategies, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional talent
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in global, high-growth environments - ideally Saas, ecommerce, or tech
- At least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role, influencing executive team exposure and strategic influence decision-making and shaping people strategy at scale
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent experience, with expertise in global HR strategy and operations
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence navigating multi-country compliance and employee relations
