Are you passionate about empowering others and shaping positive futures? The Loddon Foundation is looking for an experienced strategic leader to drive the development of our commercial training operation in Basingstoke. You will be part of a dedicated team enabling care and education professionals across our sector to support individuals with complex needs. This goes beyond leadership and commercial growth – it is an opportunity to influence best practice across health and social care, champion positive behaviour support and restriction reduction, and make a lasting impact on the lives of people with autism, severe learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.

Salary: £54,054 – £60,489 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours:
Full time (typically 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday)

Annual Leave: 50 days

What You’ll Do

  • Drive business growth, sector awareness and quality of offer in PROACT-SCIPr-UK®.
  • Maintain and develop new key strategic partnerships enabling Loddon Training to remain a leader in the field of supporting organisations to deliver high quality support and solutions for people with autism, severe learning disabilities and mental health conditions enabling people to live happily, in safety and thrive.
  • Support the Head of Training to develop engaging PROACT-SCIPr-UK® courses and associated training that meet the highest standards, including Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) guidelines.
  • Support existing customers with consultancy and expert advice and guidance where required.
  • Using your expertise and professional network, create opportunities for speaking on behalf of Loddon and PROACT-SCIPr-UK® to highlight the work of the Foundation and encourage opportunity for joint working in the sector where appropriate.
  • Maintain your own professional development and certifications, ensuring you stay at the forefront of legislation and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree level qualification (e.g., PGCE, Social Work, Psychology, Learning & Development or relevant field of expertise).
  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as business, management or teaching.
  • PROACT-SCIPr-UK®Principal Instructor.
  • An experienced leader, confident in communicating/speaking to audiences e.g. conference participation and events.
  • A confident business negotiator with the ability to problem solve complex customer issues.
  • Knowledge of RRN/BILD regulations and standards.
  • Experience in positive behaviour support, behaviour analysis, and effective communication strategies.
