How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:
The Director of Partnerships will lead the strategic direction, development, and performance of the partner ecosystem at Trust Payments. Reporting to the CRO, this role involves managing a team of Partner Managers and driving partner-led revenue growth, expanding strategic alliances, and ensuring excellent partner engagement and governance.
The role requires commercial acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to build scalable partner programmes that drive measurable business impact.

• Strong background in B2B partnerships with the ability to build and scale strategic relationships that drive measurable business growth.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Experience operating at a senior level, with sound commercial judgement and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Executive presence with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting
• Proven ability to build and scale structured partner programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making capability
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
