Job Title: Director of Product and Technology
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Hybrid – Bristol (or within commutable distance to an office hub)
Salary: Competitive (to be discussed on application)
Contract type: Full time, Permanent Contract
Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm

You’ll lead both our Product and Technology functions, uniting them under a single, powerful strategy. By aligning customer needs, product innovation, and engineering excellence, you’ll ensure we deliver meaningful, measurable value—fast.
You’ll be a key voice at the top table, shaping business strategy, influencing the Board, and positioning Newcross as a leader in digital healthcare.

What we’ll be looking for:
- You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, and business.
- Proven experience in a senior Product and/or Technology leadership role
- Strong track record in product strategy, roadmap delivery, and innovation
- Deep understanding of modern software engineering, architecture, and cloud technologies
- Ability to connect product vision with technical execution and business value
- Commercially astute, with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Confident working with Boards and senior stakeholders
- An inspiring leader with exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Experience driving digital transformation and building high-performing teams
