Role Summary And Impact

  • Be part of the product leadership team that develops and executes the product strategy, business model, and value proposition for Commerce Product.
  • Provide day-to-day vision, direction and motivation to the cross-functional product team, including product management, data analysts, engineers and product enablement.
  • Partner with Product Leadership to shape and execute a 12-18-month product roadmap, emphasizing rapid value realization through lean and iterative methodologies. Set clear objectives with teams and ensure alignment of plans and workstreams to achieve them.
  • Utilize data to drive product strategies and plans, gathering quantitative and qualitative feedback from stakeholders to enhance product adoption and usage continually.
  • Provide direct leadership and management to the Product Managers in the team, aligning resources and priorities to support overarching business objectives effectively.
  • Promote best practices of Product Management and Ownership throughout the team, identifying and implementing areas for improvement. Offer guidance and coaching to Product Managers and Product Owners to elevate processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Support development teams through definition of requirements, product reviews, user acceptance testing, and sign-off against requirements and specifications.
  • Proactively engage and manage the expectations of senior internal and external stakeholders and their teams. Keep them up to date with strategic direction and the product roadmap, and communicate new product releases to ensure successful advocacy and adoption

    We are seeking an experienced Product Director for our Commerce Media, eRetail and content platform.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing channels, particularly within performance focused retail and commerce sectors, and experience in managing and delivering strategic product direction within a large company. You should have a proven track record of concept
    ualizing, developing, and deploying complex product solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior executive management.

    You will be a part of a vibrant group, collaborating with specialist and business teams, demonstrating your technical knowledge, growing your soft/interpersonal skills and to help develop and improve the product offerings of Choreograph.

    Leveraging this expertise, you will closely collaborate with the broader product leadership team to ensure that strategy effectively aligns with and advances our overarching vision across the entire product portfolio and to provide our agencies and their clients with a competitive advantage through the application of data and technology.

    What You Will Need

    • Proven track record in product management or product development roles, preferably within the digital commerce / advertising industry.
    • Extensive expertise in digital advertising technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
    • Strong comprehension of how Commerce data & technology is utilized by agencies and advertisers to bolster their client’s business operations and strategies.
    • Proficiency in leading and implementing agile development frameworks for delivering technical products, coupled with experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
  • Possess a strategic mindset, capable of quick learning, creative thinking, and identifying innovative solutions and methodologies leveraging new and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and lead in fast-paced, dynamic, product-centric environment.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, adept at working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and consistently delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations that inspire and excite and foster productive collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
