Bury Town Integrated Neighbourhood Team has had a significant investment which has seen the development of multiple new roles within the team.
On the back of this there is an exciting opportunity to join the community Nursing Teams based in Bury Town as a Band 7 District Nurse, having a total of 45hrs per week to recruit into. Part time and full time working considered.
Working alongside our established team of two other District Nurses you will be based within an INT compromised of two Community Nurse teams, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and a range of support staff it's an exciting opportunity to join one the largest INTs in West Suffolk.
When you join our team, you will be at the front line of healthcare, delivering medical care to the patients on our caseloads in their own homes, with excellent support from an Integrated Community Team.
This post requires a specialised District Nursing degree, following your Adult Nursing qualification. NHS work experience is essential & Community Nursing experience desirable.
