An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of District Nursing Sister/ Team Leader to manage and lead the District Nursing Team based in the Bangor Bethesda Team.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the district nursing team, supporting the team members and working closely with other Health and Social Care colleagues, Unscheduled Care and out of hour’s Community Nursing Services.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills with an ability to provide effective, high quality care - leading the District Nurse Team, as part of the community resource team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
