An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our exceptional team as Divisional Lead Nurse. In this exciting and varied role, you will form part of the divisional triumvirate within the Division of Surgery and Women’s & Children’s Services.
Working alongside leadership colleagues (Divisional Operations Director, Divisional Medical Director, and appointed deputies and the Trust senior nurse leadership team), you will support and drive the strategic direction of the division and wider organisation, whilst providing effective and visible leadership to the nursing and AHP workforce.
The Trust has an excellent reputation for care delivery, led by influential and successful clinical leaders. This is an opportunity for either an established senior nurse wanting to change career direction, or an individual who feels now is the right time to take the next step.
The Lead Nurse position is pivotal to leading and influencing excellence in patient care and professional practice and covers a wide range of service responsibilities. It is integral to delivery of the strategic vision for the Trust and how we develop services that are responsive to the changing needs of the local population and wider healthcare environment.
