About The Role & Team
As a key member of the Technical South team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that information is up-to-date and reaching the right project personnel informing them and supporting them throughout the build life of the project. The role will be based at London Square's head office in Uxbridge with occasional travel to site projects in Central London.

About The Role & Team
As a key member of the Technical South team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that information is up-to-date and reaching the right project personnel informing them and supporting them throughout the build life of the project. The role will be based at London Square's head office in Uxbridge with occasional travel to site projects in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain EDMS’ and arrange the sharing of site information using EDMs’.
- Relevant document control experience.
- Track record of managing information for projects from inception to completion.
- Experience using Filed View or Asite beneficial.
- Developer experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience of using Excel and SharePoint and good IT literacy.
- Good communications skills and can-do attitude.
