Drainage Supervisor – Join Our Team 🚧
We’re looking for an experienced
Drainage Supervisor to lead a small, high-performing team delivering essential highway and drainage works.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations across a variety of civils activities — from drainage installation and kerbing through to reinstatement and footway construction.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a 3–4 person team on drainage and highways works
- Overseeing activities including drainage installs, gully works, soakaways, kerbing, and reinstatement
- Managing site performance, productivity, and safety
- Producing work packs, programmes, and site documentation
- Liaising directly with the client and stakeholders to manage changes and updates
- Carrying out audits and promoting best practice across site
- Keeping accurate daily records to support project delivery
- Supporting future works planning and attending key meetings
📊 You’ll also work across systems such as
Confirm, BIM and other digital platforms, ensuring works are tracked and reported effectively.
Who we're looking for
- Strong background in drainage and highways works
- Proven experience supervising site teams
- Ability to manage programmes, site changes, and client communication
- Good IT skills (Microsoft packages essential)
- A proactive approach to safety, audits, and continuous improvement
