Dynamics 365 CE Developer (Power Platform) | Hybrid (Brentford) / Remote | Permanent
We’ve recently completed a business transformational ERP migration and are now focused on stabilisation and continuous improvement. This D365 CE Developer role is hands-on and high impact: you’ll design and deliver improvements across Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, building upgrade-safe customisations and integrations that improve day-to-day operations and compliance.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build and support enhancements across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Design, develop, and maintain complex customisations including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, PCF controls, and custom APIs
- Lead delivery of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Architect and deliver integrations using Azure services, REST APIs, Logic Apps, and event-based patterns (including Dual Write where applicable)
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues; drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Improve ALM, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and environment management (Azure DevOps / Git)

Package
- Salary £70,000 to £75,000 per annum

Must-haves
- C#/.NET development for Dynamics 365 CE (plugins, extensibility)
- JavaScript customisation skills in CE
- Experience working with SQL Server and relational database design
- Strong experience with Dataverse / Power Platform, particularly Power Automate
- Experience working with Azure DevOps (source control, pipelines, release/deployment)
- Comfortable leading technically: patterns, quality, documentation, mentoring
- CE security / data governance understanding (roles, business units, data access patterns)
Nice to have
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE Developer Associate
- PL-400 certification
- Experience integrating CE with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / ERP systems.
