We’re Hiring for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor
Early Careers is at the heart of Dentons’ talent strategy – and we’re looking for an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to help us attract and develop the next generation of lawyers across the UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME).
In this exciting and high-impact role, you’ll support the end-to-end attraction and selection of graduate and school leaver talent, delivering exceptional candidate experiences while partnering closely with HR, Marketing and senior stakeholders across the firm.
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Delivering annual Early Careers marketing campaigns and creating engaging, on-brand content
🔹 Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from applications and assessments to offers and onboarding
🔹 Coordinating and delivering assessment centres and vacation schemes
🔹 Providing outstanding candidate care and stakeholder service
🔹 Supporting inclusion initiatives in collaboration with our Responsible Business and inclusion networks
You’ll work across our UKIME offices, playing a central role in shaping future talent at the world’s largest global law firm.
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience in Early Careers, Graduate Recruitment or Resourcing
✔ Strong event and assessment centre delivery experience
✔ Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
✔ Ability to manage high volumes of candidates and data with precision
✔ Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
✔ Flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland
