We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our Family Hub Network as an Early Help Consultant.
We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to supporting children, young people and families by ensuring they receive the right support at the right time. This role is ideal for someone with experience of working across agencies to improve outcomes through early intervention.
As an Early Help Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting professionals to deliver high quality early help services, working collaboratively to provide timely, co-ordinated support and helping practitioners to navigate early help processes effectively.
This post is also available as a secondment opportunity to existing Nottinghamshire County Council employees. You must seek approval from your line manager before applying.
