Salary: Up to £12.90 per hour 21 yrs+ (within the top 10% of nurseries in the area)

About The Role

Role Overview: As an Early Years Educator at Muddy Boots, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality, nature-based learning experiences. We believe that outdoor adventures are at the heart of childhood development, and we are committed to fostering a fun, supportive, and enriching environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, with a focus on outdoor play and exploration

Observe, assess, and support children’s individual learning journeys

Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members

Ensure a safe, inspiring, and stimulating environment for all children

Contribute to a happy, healthy, and thriving team that loves what they do!

What’s required?

What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Passion for outdoor education and a commitment to nature-based learning

✔️ Experience in early years education (Level 3 qualified or equivalent)

✔️ A proactive and positive attitude with great teamwork skills

✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
