Description

We are currently partnered with a high-growth, London-based DTC streetwear brand built at the intersection of global sport and premium fashion. They create distinctive, high-heat apparel and lifestyle products for a global community of fans and tastemakers.

As they scale, they’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of their digital storefront. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be the gatekeeper of the brand’s online presence, ensuring their Shopify store is always optimised, accurate, and ready for high-traffic launch moments.

The Role

This role is all about the "engine room" of their digital business. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of their Shopify Plus store, from merchandising new collections to overseeing the technical execution of global product drops.

While you’ll support their core email communications, your primary focus will be on the site experience, product presentation, and ensuring a seamless path to purchase for their customers.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify & Storefront Management

  • Daily Operations: Total ownership of the Shopify store, ensuring 100% accuracy across pricing, stock, and site content.
  • Merchandising: Build and maintain all products, collections, and site navigation, ensuring the visual "vibe" is premium and on-brand.
  • The "Drop" Lifecycle: Own the technical implementation of product launches, from setting up "high-heat" collections to QAing the site before go-live.
  • Site Integrity: Maintain high standards of site performance and stability, particularly during peak traffic and launch windows.

Onsite Optimisation & UX

  • Product Presentation: Maintain world-class product presentation across PDPs (Product Detail Pages) and the homepage.
  • Customer Journey: Constantly review the site to remove friction, supporting UX and CRO improvements to boost conversion rates.
  • App Management: Support the ongoing updates of our store app, ensuring content and products are synced and displayed correctly.

Performance & Reporting

  • KPI Tracking: Monitor daily and weekly ecommerce metrics (conversion, AOV, traffic) to see how the store is performing.
  • Post-Launch Reviews: Assist with reviews after major campaigns or drops to identify what worked and where they can optimise.

CRM Support & Collaboration

  • Email Execution: Manage the scheduling and sending of core brand emails via Klaviyo, aligned with their launch calendar.
  • Cross-Functional Working: Work closely with the Creative team to implement assets and partner with Operations to ensure a smooth order flow for their customers.

About You

  • The Experience: At least 2 years in an Ecommerce role, specifically managing a Shopify store day-to-day.
  • The Mindset: You are highly organised with an uncompromising eye for detail. You’re the person who catches a typo or a broken link before anyone else does.
  • Execution-Focused: You love the "buzz" of a launch day and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where precision is key.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Klaviyo (for basic campaign sends) is a plus, but your real strength lies in Shopify and site management.
  • Location & Workplace Policy

    • Central London
    • 4 days office

    Salary & Benefits

    • £45,000 per annum
    • 20 days holiday + 5 days Christmas closure + birthday off, pension, personal development fund
