It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.
The Opportunity
This opportunity for an ambitious Manufacturing Engineer to join the PTME EDU assembly team. This team supports pioneering electrification developments in support of the Jaguar Land Rover high profile range of exciting electric vehicles. You will be at the fore front of developing new, technologically advanced, electric propulsion systems.
The PTME EDU assembly team is responsible for the development and introduction of industry leading processes and facilities incorporating state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies. The successful applicant will be working closely with Product Development Engineers and suppliers to ensure that EDU system designs meet world class quality and efficiency standards.
The role offers the exciting opportunity of periodic European & Overseas travel to work alongside technology leading suppliers.

Key Performance Indicator
· Delivery of robust assembly processes and equipment to safety, quality and cost expectations
· Adherence to all JLR / PTME systems and processes for new product introduction
· Support Product Creation and Delivery Systems (PCDS) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure gateway adherence.
· Zero defect launch
· Zero accident installation in line with JLR’s Destination Zero vision. Zero Ergonomic Red issues at launch.
