EHCP Coordinator
Salary: Grade 9 £42,060-£43,680
Permanent – 36 hours per week
Job Purpose
As part of a service expansion, are now recruiting for Education Health & Care Plan Co-ordinators to work within the 0 – 25 SEND Team, supporting the delivery of high quality assessments and statutory EHC plans for children and young people.
We are a friendly and supportive team who are passionate and proud to play such an important role in shaping the futures of our young people. We share knowledge and good practice and provide an environment where you can develop your skills and experience.
About You
Candidates should have experience of working as a SEND case officer/co-ordinator or have an understanding of SEND good practice and legislation.
In addition to your experience, you will have the drive and passion to deliver positive outcomes for our children and young people in Croydon.
To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated, a clear communicator and have the ability to build strong relationships with our families, education providers and other external partners and stakeholders.
