Job Title – Education Officer – Men’s Academy
Location – Cobham Training Ground
Contract: 1-year fixed term, 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (5 days), Academy academic term time only

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Education Officer to support the delivery of our Academy education programme, primarily working with U17–U18 scholars.
You’ll deliver high-quality BTEC sessions, provide tailored academic support, and help create a structured, engaging learning environment that complements the demands of elite football.
