Who are we?

Equinix is the world’s digital infrastructure company®, shortening the path to connectivity to enable the innovations that enrich our work, life and planet.

A place where bold ideas are welcomed, human connection is valued, and everyone has the opportunity to shape their future.

You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Installation Engineer to join our installation projects team. You’ll be a fully qualified electrician or have completed a formal electrical apprenticeship and hold a Gold Card, with solid experience working in live, safety‑critical environments.

If you’re currently working in industrial, manufacturing, rail, utilities, construction, facilities, or other infrastructure-led environments and are looking to move into the data centre industry, this is a fantastic opportunity. Data centres are one of the fastest-growing global industries, offering long-term stability, cutting-edge technology, and clear career progression.

You’ll join a proactive, collaborative team where strong electrical fundamentals, safety-first thinking, and a willingness to learn are valued just as highly as direct data centre experience.
