Emtec Building Services North is strengthening its delivery leadership team as we mobilise new projects and build on a strong, secured pipeline of work across the region. As part of this continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join us in Leeds.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll be leading site teams, developing strong client relationships, and playing an active role in shaping our expanding presence in the North.

The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of Electrical packages across a range of commercial construction projects, while supporting the development of your teams and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll be a qualified Electrical Engineer with Extensive experience in commercial and Industrial construction and fit out sectors.
- Proven M&E Project Management experience.
- Strong commercial, design, financial, and delivery knowledge across construction contracts.
- Confident leadership style with excellent communication and organisational skills.
