The Role
Norton Motorcycles are looking for an exceptional Electrical Systems Engineer to help shape the electrical architecture that underpins our next generation of iconic motorcycles. You’ll take ownership of key vehicle systems — from power distribution and control networks to keyless entry and authentication technologies — ensuring every system delivers performance, reliability, and seamless rider interaction worthy of the Norton name.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of modern motorcycle engineering — combining deep technical expertise with creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of vehicle electrical systems, including power distribution, control units, sensors, and communication networks (CAN/LIN)
- Own the keyless systems architecture, covering RF communication, immobilizer design, and secure authentication protocols
- Integrate keyless and electrical systems with ECUs, CAN/LIN networks, and other electronic modules across the vehicle
