Location: Runcorn, on-site
What You Will Do:
Participate in problem solving with R&D teams to support, design ideas
Participate in developing design solutions for new projects
Support the proving and testing of a solution
Support the Generation concepts for products
Use Creo with Windchill (3DCAD) to create, develop, store and control designs with the R&D environment
Conduct design reviews to agree on and progress designs and concepts.
Participate in problem-solving activities
Plan and complete testing independently of the team when required to drive solutions forward
Produce test reports
Generate detailed documentation, specifications and design packages
Manage your time and the tasks' time to make sure the plan is adhered to
Perform engineering calculations when required
Manage and communicate clearly with external suppliers and internal teams
What Skills You Will Need
Working towards or recently completed an engineering Degree
Interest in R&D and product innovation
Understand how to prove and present solutions
Demonstrate design knowledge
