At Publicis, we manage media strategy, planning, and activation for Spotify globally. The EMEA Team oversees 18 markets across Europe, MENA, and Africa, driving regional strategy and centralized digital activation. We collaborate closely with our local market network for offline planning and local client service, with a primary focus on Brand campaigns.
Founded in 1998, lululemon is a global leader in technical athletic apparel, footwear, and accessories. The brand is currently in a high-growth phase, with 2025 revenues reaching $11 billion and a physical footprint that recently hit a milestone of 100 stores across EMEA. With a presence in over 30 markets globally, lululemon continues to expand its "Power of Three ×2" strategy to double its business through international growth and product innovation. The Publicis scope for lululemon is managed through a Global hub, with our EMEA team responsible for markets across Europe. Our remit is split into two distinct areas of focus:
- Brand Campaigns: Strategic planning and activation for UK and Germany, including both digital and offline
- Performance Media: Digital-only activation covering the European region.
About The Role....
We are looking for an EMEA Business Director to join the Spotify and lululemon team with overall responsibility for day-to-day operational excellence. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting into the EMEA Client Lead and working very closely with all lines of business including Strategy, Digital and our Global and Local market teams.
The EMEA Business Director is a high-level orchestration role ultimately responsible for delivering best-in-class client service to the EMEA Spotify and lululemon client teams. With the support of the EMEA Client Lead, you will be leading a regional team split between UK and India ensuring great client service, operational excellence, timely global deliverables and regional strategy and planning support. You will also work alongside the Digital teams to ensure brilliant digital strategy, planning and activation, and local market leads to ensure connected planning, offline innovation and creativity and regional work sharing. The work is fast paced, digitally driven, and highly culturally relevant, making it perfect for someone passionate about connecting brands with Gen Z audiences. Best of all, this role offers the chance to work on some of the most creative and high-profile campaigns in the industry, including the renowned Spotify Wrapped and Lewis Hamilton’s partnership with lululemon.
