You Should Be Able To Demonstrate
Professional and academic competence/qualifications to teach on the courses.
Experience of adopting a range of teaching and learning strategies.
Use of e-learning platforms such as Google Classroom and others or the willingness to learn.
In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate the ability to engage and develop adult learners, and role model the attributes that we develop within our learners.
