- sSupporting with absence management, welfare concerns and OH referral
- sAdvising on performance, disciplinary, grievance and AWOL case
- sGuiding managers through appeals and flexible working request
- sHelping drive proactive absence management and smooth returns to wor
- kPromoting key risk assessments (maternity, stress, DSE and more
- )Supporting conversations around mental health and workplace wellbein
- gKeeping cases up‑to‑date in our ER case management syste
- mActing as a first point of escalation for ER Assistant
